We look forward to having you as our guest. If you have
any questions, concerns or special request please do not

cancellation and rental policies. We ask that you read them
carefully.
 

This apartment is available in a longer term basis only, three to six months.

Payment options: Travelers Checks, Money Order, Cash
Deposits:
20% of the total amount is required to make the reservation, and it will be held as security deposit, refundable upon departure.
Payment is due on arrival.


Check in after 2 PM / Check out by 10:30 AM
For stays of less than 5 nights, there is a $35.00
cleaning fee. 3 nights minimum stay

Cancellations and Refunds
Your deposit will be refunded if your reservation is
canceled 30 or more days prior to arrival.

Rates are subject to change and may be higher during Holiday and special event weeks.
